General Classes

Our General Classes include all Skills Training and Performance Training.  General Classes are included in Memberships and Training Packages. 

GENERAL CLASSES CAN ACCOMADATE: 

  • Beginners (8-12 Years Old)
  • Developing Athletes (10-15 Years Old)
  • Elite Athletes (14-19 Years Old)

PERFORMANCE TRAINING

ESA Sports performance training is a science-based approach to developing athletes for faster, stronger, and more efficient movement in sport. It focuses on improving acceleration and running mechanics—including proper knee drive, leg cycle, posture, arm action, stride length, and stride frequency—while developing top-end speed through resisted and sprint-based training. Agility training enhances change of direction, lateral speed, cutting technique, reaction time, balance, and defensive movement. Athletes build strength and explosiveness by targeting fast-twitch muscle fibers through plyometrics, vertical jumping, rebound work, and first-step quickness, supported by total-body strength and conditioning for the lower body, upper body, and core. Footwork training ties everything together by improving foot speed, coordination, rhythm, proprioception, balance, and overall body control to ensure skills transfer directly to game performance.

 

SKILLS TRAINING

Sport-specific skill training focuses on developing the technical skills, movement patterns, and decision-making required to excel in an athlete’s individual sport. Training is designed around the demands of sports such as football, soccer, lacrosse, basketball, baseball, softball, and volleyball, ensuring athletes practice skills that directly transfer to competition. Sessions emphasize proper technique, footwork, positioning, timing, and game-speed execution while reinforcing sport-specific mechanics and situational awareness. By combining skill development with performance principles like speed, agility, strength, and coordination, athletes learn to move more efficiently, react faster, and perform with confidence—helping every athlete train smarter, sharpen fundamentals, and compete at a higher level in their sport.

Team Building Classes

The price for Team Building sessions will vary by coach.  Please ask your coach for their Team Building prices. 

Team training is an excellent way to improve sports performance, and doing it with friends adds an extra layer of fun, motivation, and camaraderie. Whether the group is focused on strength, agility, or sport-specific skills, training together in a smaller group setting can bring a range of benefits that contribute to both athletic growth and enjoyment.
